PERRY STONE PRESIDENT & DIRECTOR
Perry Stone founded Stone Securities Corporation in 1991. Perry has an extensive background in the financial world including Eurodollar trading at the Shawmut Bank to brokerage with Merrill Lynch and Commonwealth Equities. Perry has also developed several charitable efforts including The Transamerica Bike Relay (in which he also rode), which raised funds for pediatric cancer from Boston to San Diego. Perry is CEO, CFO, and CCO of Stone Securities Corp. He is also heading up the charitable program and will be acting as liaison between the charities and customers. perry@stonesecuritiescorp.com
BILLY KLEINFELD HEAD OF TRADING
Billy started out on the floor of the Boston Stock Exchange in 1982 as an alternative semester for high school credit. Realizing he had found his career path, he joined ABD/Dresdner in 1984. Bill held various positions at Dresdner including Trader for Deutsche Bank Investments and Deutsche Investment Trust, Floor Specialist for dually listed Canadian Stocks and Floor Broker. Bill joined Fidelity Capital Markets in 1994 where he headed up the agency trading efforts. Since 1997, Bill has been at Stone Securities where he has run the Trading Desk and is a Partner at the firm. His extensive background and industry relationships allow Stone to source liquidity anonymously for customers, as well as proactively work with customers to implement the most effective trade specific execution strategies. After the closing bell, "Billy Kaos" is a musician and a founding member of the industry band, The Rockhoppers (www.rockhoppers.org). Dave Hughes joined Stone Securities in April of 2005. Prior to coming to work at Stone, Dave was a Vice President for both Moors & Cabot and TD Waterhouse Capital Markets, where he acted as a market maker and proprietary trader in thirty NYSE listed securities. Dave was also a Specialist and First Vice President of Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for overseeing exchange specialist operations and building remote operations for Morgan in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Dave has served on various committees including Co-Chair of the Boston Stock Exchange Specialist Association, Market Performance Committee, and Performance Improvement Committee. He is also involved heavily in community activities including Co-Founder of the Mark Bavis Leadership Foundation, a 501(c)(3) foundation, which has raised over $500,000 and given over 16 scholarships for students across Massachusetts. CRAIG POSCHMANN INSTITUTIONAL SALES & TRADING
Craig Poschmann has been a trader with Stone Securities since August of 1997. Craig is responsible for executing orders for institutional clients and hedge funds covering a wide range of disciplines including momentum, G.A.R.P., ADR emerging markets, foreign ordinary emerging markets, value, and quant, all seeking direct access. He trades a wide range of orders including time slicing, arbitrage, “not-held”, percentage volume, algorithm, programmed trading, and portfolio rebalancing. Prior to joining Stone Securities, Craig was a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch where he managed individual accounts of high net worth individuals and corporations. He has also worked in the field of law at Perkins, Smith in Cohen, a medium sized law firm in Boston, where he participated in the formation of corporations whose primary business interests included telecommunications, semiconductors, biotechnology, software, holding companies, government research firms, real estate, and venture capital. craig@stonesecuritiescorp.com
